Just purchased my silver 2002 TL-S/Navi today!!! Had a great experience at Wayne Acura (northern NJ)and would definately recommend them to anyone in the Jersey area. I faxed several dealers in New Jersey yesterday and they came through with what I was looking for.. FYI-- Ramsey Acura sent my a reply to the tune of 'We could never get even close to what you're asking for. Nobody could and nobody WILL!' I'll have fun faxing them a copy of my purchase order! Acura of Ocean, where I was a previous customer and a friend of one of the salespersons wouldn't even match the deal. So I drove the hour north and ended up having a pleasurable experience with the dealership (I know.. i didn't think it was possible, either!). I was in and out in about 30 minutes. And NO HAGGLING!
Anyway, I pick up my car on Monday after work and man-- I can't wait! It's going to be a fun 1 hour drive home...

Sales manager @ Wayne Acura was very nice.
Even though I didn't buy it from them, they did offer the best price without haggling.
If I didn't promise to buy it from elsewhere, I would have purchased it from Wayne Acura.

 

I only paid that price thanks to all you guys and gals out in Cali.. Seems like right now they are much more willing to deal out there-- maybe the higher gas prices out there are slowing down car sales?
This forum has been great and a tremendous resource since I started planning my purchase of a TL about 1 1/2 years ago! The benefits that come from so many people sharing bits of information is amazing. I felt in total control with the dealer because of the research I did. Thanks everyone!

Congratulations on that new car! I know Monday will be a very long day for you, but well worth the wait. I know you'll have a huge smile on your face the first time you get behind the wheel of your new car. I haven't seen a Satin Silver TL-S on the road yet, but sure enjoy seeing the pictures of those that have been posted here. Great color choice!
