I searched but couldn't find the different models of TLs, like TL-S, TL-P, Type S.

What are the differences between the models, and what years did they come out?

In the US, is the Type P and Type S the only two available for the Acura TL?

Correct, the TL-S was added to the lineup in '02.

I'm guessing the TL-P would be cheaper, and I want the car mostly for looks because TLs are dang sexy!!

How hard is it to convert the headlights, taillights, bumpers from the 02-03 to the 99-01?

i thought the engine got upgraded on the TL-P for 02 to 245hp

ur wrong lol, it got upgraded to 260 if u really want sum of this information u can go to the acura page and look at the tl part

yeah i jus checked the 2k3 brochure, 225 for TL-P n 260 for TL-S. my bad
