Hello,

I was driving on I-35 in Austin a few months ago and heard a rock hit the windshield and instantly a small crack appeared. These two pictures in this message were taken today. It has gotten just a little worse, and I know if I do not get it fixed, it will definitely get worse in the winter time. What are my best options? I know I can easily make it worse on my own, so do you think any body repair shop will take care of it?

 

Where on the windshield is the star?

 

It is about halfway up the windshield on the passengers side

 

Given the star is on the passenger side, there is a pretty good chance a professional windshield shop will be able to fill the star and prevent further spreading.
