How about a small center channel speaker? Not sure if they make something that small, or maybe two tweeters angles towards the driver. So the driver and the passenger will have a set of tweeters of their own. I think the imaging would be awesome!

Yeah, eq is an idea....only problem with moving the screen up is this....if I go any higher with it, you wont get the full tilt range out of the screen because it will hit the air conditioning knobs ... the screens comes within a 1/16th of hitting it now, so it's in the perfect spot.
