Mid Muffler Delete

Ok guys before we begin, yes I have searched.
But what I am wondering is could i replace the removed part with a bigger pipe to try and get that deeper sound? and If so how should I go about it?
I was going to make 2 cones at each end and fit them with the big end over one and have the other one in the other inside the other so I don't get any restrictive flow. Like this =<___>=
do you think it would work?
because the shops I called said I should bring in the pipe they want me to replace it with.

Your over thinking it. It really won't change the sound you would need a pretty big chamber, and honestly the sound is deep enough.

Would just having a mid-muffler delete on a stock exhaust give you that ricer sound? If so, then not for me.

I did it in the fall.
It sounds good. Doesn't drone.
It has a good cold start sound.

That's cause a mid muffler delete is removing the mid muffler and replacing it with a straight pipe.....

So it's a custom pipe? Or is there one made that bolts right up?

It gets cut and replaced with random pipe. It has to be welded on there are no screws.

U said random pipe lol ok sorry. Thanks for clearing that up. Everyone was saying Tsudo mid muffler delete so I was thinking they made a direct bolt on pipe.

To clarify, they were mentioning Tsudo 'axle back', which means back or behind the rear axle. It basically replaces the mufflers and a bit of pipe. The mid-muffler is in front of the rear axle.
