I have heard that 2000-2003 acura TL-s can be found in manual trans. i am young and have only driven manuals and would like to stick to that. if not a tl do any other acura's around that vintage have manuals?

1996 - 2003 TLs do not come in a manual.

The 2003 CL had a manual option. It has been swapped successfully several times into TLs.

2004 - 2008 TLs have a manual option.

Nope 04-06 TLP had a manual option 07-08 TLP did not. 07-08 TLS had manual option.

guess you missed the six speed swap sticky...Acura was really sleeping on at least making a limited edition six speed manual for the 2nd Gen TL..I think it would of been a huge hit based on the fact that nobody was really doing that in a 4 door, in that price range. G35 came out with stick as well as Maxima..of course Accords, but seriously..they slipped up on that whole not offering a six speed thing....I'll be helping ATLzine member Phee with his six speed swap soon, I'm sure I will be tempted to do the same thing, especially since I have a Type S already, should be less painful

like mentioned above it is possible to go that route but if u have no knowledge of what ur doing ur goin to end up spending some serious green for parts and labor....
