Maintenance Required Light keeps blinking!

I don't know if I'm crazy, but on Friday night I noticed that the maint. req'd light blinks when I start up my car. The car has been feeling a little off last week. It seems like I lost some power. I bought the car in February and I had to get 2 coil replaced connecting the 4th and 6th cylinders. The car is becoming a headache. If you have any advice or info, please reply.

Last time that happened to be was because of the oil change. They never reset my computer when they did the oil change so the car thought it'll let me know.

Did you reset the maint. req'd light so it stops blinking?? It's easy to do.. I believe you have to hold down the "select" and "reset" button next to your odometer together as you start up the car. It's in the manual how to reset it. But just bring it to the dealership to find out what's wrong with it!

Shut car off. Hold select and reset buttons on dash. Start the car and continue holding for 10 seconds.. the light should shut off. The light will shut off when it's been reset.

It comes on automatically at certain miles. Its an idiot light designed to make you go to the dealership and spend money. Just turn it off using the process above.

the light is a reminder for oil changes. its supposed to be reset every oil change.
you can follow the steps above but you dont need to start the car to do it. just turn the key to the run position. also dont turn the key first then push the buttons, you will change your temp gauge
