Maintenance Light blinks for 10 seconds when i start the engine, is this normal?

I have owned my TL-S for about a month now and just noticed that my maintenance light blinks when i first start it for about 10 seconds then it turns off. Does this mean I need maintenance done on her? I just reached the 37k mile mark. at what mileage do they require maintenance act? I just bought her and the dealership said they tuned her so she can be a certified used car...

Thanx

-Neil

Oh I'd be interested to see what "tuning" was done at the dealership to make it certified

its in your manual. but to make it easy on you press and hold the trip and reset buttons, then turn your key to the run position. you will need to hold the buttons in for aprox 10 sec-until the light goes off. they are only a reminder light to remind you to change your oil (7500 mile intervals) and should be reset at every oil change

Good to know - mine just started doing it - (I change my own oil) Will do the reset. I always check this site before I turn to the manual.

Much better information here!

Thanks
