Ok so obviously I have too much time on my hands. But that's ok cause I was able to make a battery tie down. I got some 6061 T6 from work and shaped it a little bit so it would fit. Not sure if I'm going to leave it bare or paint it MetalCast red like the rest of my engine parts.

Looks nice, but isnt the battery cover going to cover it up though? Or you don't rock the battery cover?

 

I took the battery cover off, so I can show off the Optima. lol. Plus I was going to just paint the original one, but I cant get all that rubber/plastic coating shit off. So I made this one. It's gotta be like 5-6 more hp's. So it's well worth it hahaha.

 

my comptech battery tie down gave me 10 whp..beat that...looks good man..easy way to save money...i got the red optima too

 

haha add a VTEC sticker so your battery will go into VTEC mode! +20 whp!

I got mine for free from my last job.

 

I got mine from Sears, they usually stock our size, I donno if theres Sears stores in WA or not.
