Just got my new rims Axis se7en white 18x7.5 w/+42 offset with 215/40-18ZR pirelli P7000.
I want to get Comptech spring along with Koni shock but will my ride Rubs because of my +42 offset? I notice that my new wheels stick out more than the factory 16's. Help!

Each rim is different, you really won't know until you lower your car. I personally have +42 offset also and mine does not rub. Also, why did you get 215 width tires?

Well is either wait 2 weeks for the 225 or 215 which they have in stock. I don't have any problem with the 215.

 

Tat1983: When you get them mounted, can you take pictures? I wanted to get the Axis Se7ens, but was afraid of wheel rub and decided against them. I like them a lot. They are the design the stock rims should have been. Good luck with the fit.

 

You will probably have to wait till you get it dropped to find out if it rubs... usually when you drop your ride the tires tend to butterfly a little, tries bend inward, that might help in not rubbing..

 

I'd like ot see pics of the Axis wheels also !!

 

I will post some pic later, but do you guys recommand Eibach Prokit or Comptech Spring.
