I was driving yesterday doing about 30 and all of a sudden my car's RPM went from maybe 3 to 2 and i heard a loud noise come from the engine (sounded like someone tried to start there car when it was already on) while i was driving. Yesterday before this happened i was low on gas and filled up. After 2 minutes of driving I had my foot on the gas and it seem like for a split second my cars RPM' didnt go up when i pressed down on the gas and then finally it went up. I dont know how else to describe this but has anyone else experienced this. I have an 02 TL Type S. Please let me know.

 

sounds like the infamous tranny is acting up.

i see that you're new, welcome to the club, and just give it to the dealer, tell them exactly what you told us, and they'll probably change your tranny!
