I spoke with Onstar tech support today.

The reason that our Acura's onstar won't be upgraded is that Acura refuses to make the upgrade available. It is not a decision by Onstar.

Perhaps we can get a letter writing campaign or a petition.

If enough of us complain perhaps we can get Acura to change the decision.

Any one have any thought on this?
