List of things that you don't like about the TL-S
1. Big front grill (Use to dislike it. I'm used to it now.)
2. Bigger rear Acura logo
3. Smaller side mirrors.
Of course I think the whole package out-weights the above.

HEADRESTS!!! how you expect to fit screens in them?? hAHaH... I like everything else about he TL except that HUGE grill. I would sell my 2000 but i dont have money growing out of my (__y__) :P:P:P

I have a complaint about the TL in general.
The Dash design bothers me. They swoop it all the way over from the driver side to the middle instead of creating a nice cockpit.
It's an odd design choice and one that looks to only be creating problems for them as far as layout and ergonomics.
I also don't like the trim's offered by Acura. Faux wood is too shiny and fake looking and that bowling ball is nauseating.
The other annoying thing about the TL is the U Hinge in the trunk. That looks VERY cheap and takes up space when closed.
OH, and I also don't like the look of the controls on the steering wheel. They are an obvious afterthought. Take a look at the Mercedes C series to see how it ought to look.
Otherwise, for just this new 2002 model, the wheels are an obvious complaint.

The grille is NASTY and HUGE!!! I could live with the size if I could chrome it or something, but that top lip on the hood!?! What were they thinking?!?
The fogs are an easy fix, just get an aftermarket HID set up in there and now your talking!
I dunno about the rims. I would still get aftermarket ones, just to be different. (especially on the regular TL)
I haven't seen the black wood up close, so I cannot really comment on that yet.

The only thing I really don't like about the TL-S is the fact that you guys all complain about the same things over and over and over again
......I like everything, and the stuff I didn't like has grown on me, maybe b/c I have been following the CL-S since it was a concept, so I knew what to expect. Anyway, if I had to choose one thing I would say I wish it was a little cheaper so I could get on now instead of this summer!!

My only complaint is that it's not an American car, I know that it's assemblen in the USA, but why is it that Ford, GM, Chrystler, etc, can't make a quality automobile anymore. Oh well, "I think I'm turning Japanese, I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so." Plan to own one as soon as my tax return comes in

As already mentioned, the gap between the tire and fender does look too big.
And, is it possible that the tires are too low-profile?
Yes, I know the smaller the sidewall, the better the handling. But after looking at a bunch of really good pics from this board, I think the tires look to small. They need more sidewall. ??
