License Plate Mod

So, i wanted to do the license plate mod, b/c it really does help the tl look better and when i took off the frame, i saw that they had drilled 2 holes!!! gahhhhhhh those bastards, so what should i do to get rid of these holes? Is there any cheap way, i dont want to spend a lot of money to fill up 2 holes. Also does anyone have the instructions on how to do the mod still?

I know my s2000 came with holes from the factory. They sell (sometimes give away) little plugs at the dealership that already match the paint. Your holes may be "OEM" holes.

I don't know about the mod though.

I spent 3 yrs driving in NY without a front plate on my black porsche. Never got bothered for it. In fact, I think it saved my ass once. I was pulled over for doing +15, no reg sticker on my wiindshield, no front plate. I told the pig a story and got off with a front plate violation for $50. I was thrilled.

go to an suto parts store and paint the plugs with touch up paint. Or do what my lil cuz did. He just took 2 screws, painted them with touch up paint and put them back. No harm, no foul, it looked good.

a license plate isn't actually ours...its government owned property, defacing or modifying the plate itself is considered against the law

hmm...i wonder if I angled the plate in that same spot, it would hold. There's no stipulation stating that the license plate has to be perpendicular to the ground right?
