picked it up this afternoon. I *****ed and *****ed to everyone over at the dealership about my disappointment. It pretty much fell on deaf ears but I will take it up with Acura HQ. After driving the loaner 2000 TL, It's clear to me though that the TL-S puts it to shame. They replaced a faulty oilpan gasket and they said it no longer leaks. hopefully this will put an end to my negative remarks. I am keeping my fingers crossed!

What dealer was it. The least we could do is let everyone here know about how badly this dealer is handling your situation. In my opinion they did they very minimum for you!

What other problems have you had with your TL. I have been fighting my dealership and Acura about my '99. I have a intermittent stalling problem. Its a safety issue now.

 

U got a 2000 as a loaner lucky, I got an integra instead
