leather seats
I have no idea if those leather patching kits work but something to look into. But don't put moisturizer on them. Put some Lexol conditioner on it, but clean it with the cleaner first. The leather doesn't have dry skin, the cracking is from wear and tear plus UV. So leather conditioner is the way to go.
