Question Detailing and Perma-Plate

My cousin is going to hook me up with a full interior and exterior detail plus perma-plating for the interior and exterior. I know people love using Zaino but I don't feel like spending that amount of time on the car. I already wash it about once a week and wax it 4 times a year. The whole job is suppose to cost me $150 which is a pretty good deal. Anyone that has perma-plate please let me know what you think of it. Also does anyone know if I can still wax it with perma-plate on it.

Also my cousin thinks that perma-plate will help prevent rocks chipping his car. I highly doubt it, I told him we can test it on his car with my throwing smaller rocks at it. Anyone knows if perma-plate prevents chipping.

perma plate is a petroleum based product that adheres to the paint, it can be renewed with a kit that comes with the product, this is usually a dealer after market product to make money, a good polish job is still the best way to keep up the car, and no it won't stop rocks
