Post leakage????

after some weekend enjoyment of the new TL-S, I drove into my garage tonight and what do I see, Oil or Tran leakage on the ground. Anyone else have this happen? Not too f%*king happy after a 33k purchase!

You must have your TL-S checked by the dealer.

It is absolutely not normal. Mine don't have that problem.

Yeah, I noticed a very minute spot of oil the first or second day, but nothing since.

All I have seen form my TL-S is the water from the A/C.

I know it's not the A/C given the fact that I live in Minnesota and it seems like it's been about 10 months since I needed to use the A/C!

You can diagnose the leak by looking at the color of the fluid. Pink is transmission fluid, dark brown is oil.

In either case I'd take the car back to the dealer immediately.

Just because you live in Minnesota doesn't mean it's not the AC. If you are using the automatic climate control, it may be running the A/C compressor to remove moisture from the air, even if it's not cooling.

Even before I had the TL, I always ran my A/C in the winter and just turned up the temperature - keeps the windows from fogging up. The climate control system may be doing this for you, which would explain the condensation dripping from the car. Of course, check out the other possibilities but don't rule out completely that it could be the AC.

I do not have this problem. Just a little water from the A/C.
