Knocking sound??

Knocking sound??
When driving I am driving and I have my foot on the gas just a little 1/4 the way at the MOST and I take my foot of the gas all the way I hear this knocking sound from my engine. I just had my oil changed 100 miles ago last friday so I know its not that. Any idea what the sound could be?
