Klasse Wazx - any good?

I have a 6 month old black TL and I have used Zymols cleaner wax two times with great results. However, I have heard that cleaner wax is not good for a new car. Is this true?

Also, the dealer has two types of Klasse in their parts department that they swear by. One is a cleaner wax and the other is just wax. Does anyone have experience with Klasse?

Thanks...

klasse is awesome. it leaves very little dust and is extremely easy to apply and use. the only thing bad about it is its price. and that you cant find it in alot of places.

Klasse is a very easy to aplly product. It is said that it will last a whole year but I use it 2x to protect the car's finish.

I use the Klasse All in One & the Sealant. Befor I apply the AIO I clay bar the car first.

$20 for a 16 oz bottle is a very good price.

I've been using that stuff and it is pretty amazing and not messy at all. You defin want to get the All-in-one and the Glaze.

Klasse AIO and SG are great products ! I'd do what Flounder said and clay the car prior to AIO.
Here's some more info on them.

All In One (or AIO) is awesome, great for new cars. The AIO will lay down a small acrylic protection which you can follow up with a sealant (like thier SG product) or Zaino or UPP (my favorite). SG has a reputation of being hard to remove, but recent posts on Detail City say it's new formula is wipe on wipe off like AIO. You lay down a layer of AIO then you can top it off with multiple coats of a sealant of a carnuba wax (like PS21 - no cleaner wax!! as it will defeat using AIO). AIO is great for your glass and hard plastic trim too, as well as your headlight and tail light covers and grill!

I have heard about using a clay bar before a detail job. I have always detailed my cars by hand. I am ashamed to say that I have never used one. What are the pro's to using the clay bar? Thank you.

MRIGURU,
The purpose of it is to pull out some of the grit/dirt that a regular car wash will not do. After you wash your car, put your hand in a plastic sandwich bag. Then move it along the paint (while wet). If you've never clay'd the car before, chances are it will feel gritty. After claying the car, do the same sandwich bag test and it will feel super slick.

Mother's makes a good clay bar kit.

Thank you for the information. I am going to see who carries the wax and clay bar here locally.

I use a clay bar twice a year on my cars. I also use the Klasse all in one( it's a polisher) before I use pinnacle wax. Walmart sells claybars in a kit from claymagic. They also have micro fiber towels that detailing shops sell for 3xs the walmart price!

I bought one bottle of Klasse over 30 months ago and that stuff is barely half finished. I use it every two months to make sure I always have a layer on the car. I put it on the windshield too. That's why I don't need to use my wipers when it rains. It falls right off. Also, I wash the car once a month but no soap is needed thanks to the wax. I soap wash every two to four months. Here are some recent pictures. Like the wax, the car is 30 months old.
