It would likely improve both a little. Probably not a noticeable change, though. Mabye 2-3hp. A full intake would be more effective in combination with an exhaust, if you want an improvement you can feel.

I didn't notice either; I mainly bought it is a cost savings measure because just buying two stock filters would cost more than this reusable one.
Don't expect a world of difference.

I can tell you that when I installed mine it made a good difference, mpg went up by 2 and the top end was higher, plus, I don't have to worry about buying a filter for the rest of the life of the car.

I felt maybe slightly better throttle response and maybe better upper end power, but that was it.

i notice a bit more pep when i step on the gas but it's just a bit. i got it for not having to buy another filter.

btw have any of you guys put on that k&n sticker on ur air filter cover that lets people know that you have an aftermarket filter? i haven't just cuz i'm thinking maybe some no-good acura mechanic might swap it out with an OEM one when i bring my car in for major servicing.

I put the sticker on... and when I bring it in I will remind the service people of its exsistence... and it will be checked when I pick up the car too...

i think if you drive on the freeway most of the time, you'll probably notice a little difference.

It felt a bit smoother after I dropped the filter in. Maybe just my imagination. But I am positive I gained 2 or 3 mpg!
