i would say its a pretty easy job to install.. my first DIY on my car (and any car for that matter).
the sideskirts are a bitch though, you need ot use a lot of force to push em off.

I just installed my oem kit couple days ago... like da top post says da side skirts gotta use some muscle to slide dem off... da front u dont have to take off ur bumper... gotta unscrew two screws on both sides and one in da middle(nose) of da stock lip.... den after dat its those bitch ass pop tab crap things... those were a bitch if u ask me... da back is hella easy compared to everyting else.. hope dat helped some... end result...

I did the same on the passenger side...mostly cuz I as not sure how the thing was held in place...

My clips stayed on my original side skirts though and kinda dented the square holes on the car body (just a little "outee" that I gently tapped back into place)...

I think the paint cracked a slightly on a couple of the square holes... Should I worry about rust? I really don't want to take the skirts off to put touch up paint on it if I can avoid it... My thought was that there must be several coats of primer, paint...simply pulling off the original skirts shouldn't expose bare metal...

Thoughts?

After understanding how it all was held in place, the driver's side was easy... I simply took a board, placed it up against the back end of the skirt and gave the board a whack with a hammer... The original skirt came off easily, and with no damage...

Fairly easy but as stated, getting off the original sideskirt is a bitch. Have fun!
