Question Infinity Basslink Subwoofer?

I'm debating adding a 10 inch infinity basslink to my sound system. I've already swapped the deck and speakers. But the stock sub is rattling like hell, and sounds average at best.

Does anyone have experience with this subwoofer system or something similar? For those that don't know what it is link: http://www.infinitysystems.com/car/p...=US&Region=USA.

I know that going to a full amp/sub/cap system will be louder, but to be 100% honest I've done all that in all my previous cars, and I don't want a "Look at me" loud car anymore, or large box and amp wasting space in my trunk. I just want to even out my sound.

Opinions?

I have a basslink setup with my system and I really like it. It adds just the right amount of bass in my opinion plus its takes up very little space.

Go for it!

Excatly what I'm looking for. I still need to run and amp kit tho...I'll probably get into that in the spring, don't want to put extra strain on the electrical system in the winter.

How much did you grab yours for?

I got a sick deal on mine, $55 through my buddy at best buy. It's def worth over three times that tho.

Are you hooking it up to the stock system or an aftermarket HU?

I'd definitely get it. It's a great sub for adding some good low end.

I already have an aftermarket HU and speakers. "Blose" really does blow.

That's what most are saying....I think I might just get the damn thing then. What size do you have in your car?

Don't they only have one size which is 10".. I'm seriously considering getting this..I've read a lot of very good reviews for it...so I'll probably get the Basslink II which I am assuming is a better and newer version of the first one.

That's a perfect size. I've seen nothing but good reviews for it too, but some are saying that it's more suited to a SUV type setup, rather than a car....that's why I had to ask some questions

Can this thing keep up with my 6.5's tho?

It'll do fine, I've had mine over a year and it works great. Not too much bass but definitely noticeable. Great for those that don't want to put a box in the trunk the whole neighborhood can hear. Plus you can adjust it with the knob mounted up front on your dash or any place else you feel like mounting it.

I just want some proper low end. The 6.5 jbls I have give me a little something, but not the REAL low harmonic. My musical taste varies, but I'm not as much of a "Bass Head" as I used to be.

It doesn't need to be a seat vibrating, rear view moving subwoofer. Just something I can feel, that completes the song. Even tho I do turn it up every now and then .
