This reminds me of the problem with the climate control system. Occasionally it'll say "20" for the temp (I have a US model that doesn't use celcius) and none of the buttons work. Only way to unfreeze it is to move the temperature knob.

Turn ignition on
Hold down both select and reset buttons
It will start a continuous "BEEP"
Then -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 3 will cycle through the outside temp section. Release the buttons on the amount you want to add or subtract to the current temp reading.
