I'm VERY irate (need quick help!!!)

Well as some of you know I've been having tranny problems from HELL!!!!!

I got the tranny replaced just under 44k and then 35mi later the new one was replaced. Then today I pulling to my spot and I see a large poll of oil. I get the flashlight out and I see a major oil leak dripping about every 3sec. But the thing is that I have driven AT LEAST 25mi. with this leak.

My question red oil = tranny fluid right?

I'm so bitter about this issue and I don't want the car any more. When can I throw up the flag and call lemon law on this issue?

HELP!

I have a meeting with the service manager later today to discuss my options. I hope I don't have to go as far to get an attorney.

how many quarts of tranny fluid does the TL take. I just spoke with the Acura dealer working on my car and he said that there was a loss of only 1 quart of oil and that the TL holds 9 quarts. Is that right?

not sure of how many it holds, it should say in the owners manual. It doesnt matter if u lost 1 quart or a spoonful, a new tranny shouldnt leak anything. Pimp slap him and then drive to an infinity dealer and get a new car with your lemon law settlement
