I'm installing the pads and rotors this weekend!

I now have my Rotora rotors and EBC v4 Greenstuff pads and am ready for installation.

One question to all with the same combo: did your greenstuff pads smeel like dead fish?!?!?! I joked with the people at work that they came from England - so maybe they were next to a rotting crate of fish on the boat. I'm sure it will go away (with the proper brake-in technique - j/k).

My second question is about the install itself. I've had cars in the past where you had to regrease the runners for the caliper. Is the TL the same way? I've heard it's advisable to remove all of the old grease before putting in new grease - as some greases are incompatible.

Any pearls of wisdom?

my last pair smelled.

as for what to do you can grease them if you want. the big key is to make sure you have a impact screw driver. those 2 little screws per brake will give you more hastle than any other part of the job
