i have my 99tl and i have ignition problems. sometimes when i turn off the car and try to turn it back on after a couple of min, the car turns on and then quickly shuts off. Happens every so often and its annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem might be?

Check battery cables?

 

That is very common problem in this model. The ignition coil problem. I remember they sold the coil for about $65 and 30 mins work for DIY. Search for it. (3 yrs ago)
