Your ride is TIGHT. Nice work.

Your rims and tires are pretty big.

What offset do you have for your rims?
Any rubbing?

Yes it is the wrong offset, and yes I did rub when I had passengers in the back. No rubbing anymore after I had the rear fenders cut and sealed.

thanks for the reply inspireS...

I'm thinking about getting the RH EVO C2's

19 x 7.5 offset +44

Do you think its a better bet to get 225/35/19's.
If you could go back would you get this smaller size
or do you think it'll rub either way?

Also, I noticed the black TL on your page has Pirelli P7000s. I was also thinking about getting those.

Any complains/comments on those tires?

with a +44 offset and a 225 width tire i think you will still have the issue of rubbing, also depends on how low your car is and if you have the flexibility of coilovers.

The only reason the black TL on my page is using the P7000s is because he couldn't wait for the back ordered T1S.

I have never used the P7000s, but I hear they are not the best perfomance tire. The tires will not squeal on cornering they will JUST SLIP.

The T1S is great in dry and they stick like glue, they are a reasonably good tire in the rain, better than the S02 in my opinion.

Doesn't the RH EVO C2 come in a +49 or higher offset in the 19s, I am pretty sure they do, you might want ask about that.

I currently have H&R sports in. I believe its a 1.75 drop but I'm starting to think its more like 2.00.

I've looked around and for the 1 piece RH C2 EVO I only see one available offset.

You think I could get away with a +44 offset?

Is it hard to cut/roll the fenders?

No, I don't think +44 will clear with your kind of drop without scrapping.

The reason I cut the fenders instead of rolling is because when rolling there is a chance the fender will not be aligned with the bumper.

If you ever consider cutting the fenders, have a good body shop do it and make sure they seal the fenders with 3M sealant so there is no rust.

I purchased all JDM Parts for the TL from A&J Racing in Vancouver. You can email them at ben@aj-racing.com or call them at 604-279-0329. Ask for Ben, tell him Eric told you to call. Their website is http://www.aj-racing.com
