how to properly wire fogs with hid kit?

so my fogs with regular bulbs are wired straight to the fusebox no relay or anything its hooked up to i think the 2nd empty slot so when i take the key out it shuts off,
i did put a higher fuse in the acc slot beacuse it would always pop when i turn my cruise control or heated seat on and my abs tsc would come up everytime but today i got my hid kit today and i pluged it in and it powered up for 2 min then the fuse poped and my abs tsc light came up can anyone here tell me the correct way to install the fog light i have a 99 with jdm bumper and it didnt come with wiring

First find out why your fuse it blowing! You shouldn't be randomly putting in a bigger fuse just because it works...

I'm pretty sure your fogs will work fine after you get that issue resolved. Since it worked for a minute before blowing the fuse.

its the acc fuse the fuse is 7.5 my mechanic switched it to a 10 since it kept blowing with the regualr fog light bulbs and it worked perfectly for 1 month now but today i got a hid kit and it blew i guess since the hid is pulling more current then the regualr bulb but i dont know if i should put a higher fuse or i think i should add a relay or something

Actually ur HID kit draws less current that a regular halogen. Halogen is 55W and HID is 35W. I have a 55W HID kit installed in my fog lights and it has never blown the fuse, I have the fog light mod on my 02 TL.

You may have a short but if you ordered a relay harness, then it should work fine.
