It's not a TL-S because NGM wasn't an option on it (and I can see why). I wouldn't pay much for it, either. Unfortunately, this is what many of us will face as these cars get older. With the known transmission issues, it's just not worth the risk.

my 2002 TL-P was worth about $12k when it had 88k miles in June. It wasnt worth selling so I am taking my chances and running it into the ground. I'm up to 101k. I'm on my 3rd tranny, btw.

99TL navi purchased from an individual owner for $11,000 on Sept. 12th, 2005 with 38,800 miles on it. Absolutely mint condition, lovingly cared for and driven by an 80 year old guy. It turned 7 years old on Nov. 28th. Kinda scary since my Tranny is out of warrenty now. It shifts like new. This guy babied it. Know the history on the car, so there were no issues when I bought it.

I test drove a used 2000 with Navi with 48k on it here in W. NC. Almost bought it but it was gold and didn't care for the color. The saleman told me they sold it for $16,500. Someone got taken! I offered 12,500 and they laughed at me. Now I'm glad I waited for the 99 hence the 11k price/lower miles and more dependable Tranny.
