Anyway...I car-jacked my TL-S. Paying for cars suck.

 

I guess it depends on whether you financed or payed all cash as well. I'd rather not disclose the price I payed...cause I personally think I got RIPPED off damnit ....but paying with all cash did give a discount! Either way, this car is just tooooo much.

 

I had in my mind to pay what was initially negotiated for the car, which was $2,000 more than I wanted to pay(I really WANTED this car). I was trading a 2000 Maxima and already had negative equity from the previous car rolled into the Maxima. Anyway, did a little re-negotiating on Memorial Day weekend this year and made up the $2000 by dealing with two or three other people at sale time. Overall I am happy but I am sure I still paid too much!! It is worth it though, love my ride...

 

First off any KEYES dealership should be avoided like the plague. They are famous for ripping off people...be careful

I guess the price you paid is fair (if its inclusive of 8% sales tax of course).

 

The car costs me almost $900/mo. to run...yikes! i.e. incl. fuel, insurance etc.

 

daaaammmn! that's alot there. I'm nowhere near there....does that include monthly payments too though? Cause I payed the car off completely...so no worries on that for me...but yes....gas and ins. do run up quite a lot. But I must admit...I love it still

I don't remember what it was with tax, title, tags etc but before that it was $31000 for TLS no navi w/ spoiler, mud flaps, wheel locks, and trunk tray. That was back in April and was as cheap as I could find (some by phone calls, some by visits to the dealer) in VA, NC, and SC. I asked a dealership in Charleston, SC if they could match that deal. They laughed and said "No way! We can't keep this TLSs on the lot!" Funny -- they had NINE sitting on the lot, none sold!

 

Can anyone pls tell me which dealer in southern califonrnia offer better price for TLS? I went to Weir Canyon acura, the sales say they have to follow MSRP, no mark up, and that will be around 33500 for TLS... without tax. Do u guys think this is too much? where should i go ?

 

Damn... Go to Cerritos Acura. Thats right where u live. Bought mine there. Paid 30,090 before T&L. Non Navi. Was offered the navi for 31,090. Talk wth Mitch Franklin, Internet sales. You can probably even deal better than that now. This was a few months back. Better yet, go on line with Edmunds.com or other places and submit your bids. See what shakes.

 

Paid 30,699 in San Antonio, TX. Seems like some of you got poked!

 

I disagree.... the TL-S has different prices in different markets. In CA, they were selling them around the price you paid right when they came out back in March, but in the Northeast, they were selling at or above MSRP for a little while. Different deals in different regions. Now, the prices have settled, but they're still different around the country.....

 

I payed about 29000 and change for my type s got it for like invoice they hadnt sold anything that day and needed a sale . i guess just came in at the right time.

 

My insurance is $185/mo. I live in a zipcode where insurance is double the normal rates...although it is one of the better neighborhoods in LA.
