TLs are dirt cheap now due to the upcoming release of 04.
I saw one at the show room for only a little bit more than 25k for a TL.

I paid $32,600 for a TL-S with navi and rear spoiler, plus tax/title/fees. This was before 9-11, tho. Seems like prices dropped after that.
