How many trannies...

Alright of all the fuss about tranny failures and percentage and stuff, how many people on here have NOT had transmission problems . Post mileage and year.

cross your fingers that the tranny will blow while still in warranty

- Good point EmeralTL... I was planning on making the phone call to my dealer soon to have them take a look. The car still runs O.K., but can tell the the torque lock is just not right at highway speeds (it "wanders" trying to figure out whether or not to engage). It also lags getting into 2nd (slight delay at high RPM's before SLAMMING into 2nd). Does this sound familiar???

Thx,

Yes your tranny is going I would get it to a dealership soon, but don't settle for just a transmission fluid swap I would push for a new rebuilt tranny

no problems. Except on hot days the tranny is not as responsive as cold days and takes its time once it warms up. On normal temp days its beautiful. The only thing i had go wrong was a bad shift linkage cable.
