For some reason, 17.14 gallons comes to mind for my 2002 TLS.

 

We'll I'm looking at my manual and it says 17.17 gal (65.0 L) ... this is for a 2003 TL-S though

 

Guys...the Second GEN TL's all have a 65 Litre, or 17.2 Gallon gas tank.

They changed it from 55L which is what they had on the 96-98TL's...but for 99-03 they put a 65L tank..

I'm not too sure if they changed it at all for the '04's...but I don't think they did.

And when the silly light comes on, you have about 3 gallons left.

 

Manual says 17.2. They built it, guess they should know.

 

I just say it is a 17 gallon tank...forget the .12 or whatever...17 gallons or 65 liters..that is good enough...geez why so technical? It is all good with me. NOt like I ever let it go down that low.

speaking of gas, are you guys experiancing the dine & dash version of thievery going on @ the gas stations in your states. There is an outbreak of these thefts going on big time up here in washington state. Hum, wonder if it has anything to do with the price of gas,,,duh. Sorry if i hijacked this thread, but it needed to be.
