Horn relay wiring diagram

Was wondering if anyone has the wiring diagram for the horn relay. I'm trying to diagnose why my 20 amp STOP fuse blows instantly when ever the relay is installed. Things I've read seem to be a short in the clock spring but all the digrams I can find are behind a paywall or for different Acura models. I have a 2001 Acura TL

Did you try swapping out the relay?

Yes I have taken a known good relay and put it in its place but it as soon as the blades on the relay touch the contacts in the fuse box the fuse blows

Seeing this diagram also explains why my cruise control doesn't work. I never would've thought the steering wheel controls would be run off the coil from the horn relay.

Update on this issue.
I removed the air bag and steering wheel to replace my clock spring but the clock spring I got from the "you pull it yard" was the wrong one.(I now know TL's and accords don't share clock springs)
When reinstalling my wheel I decided to try putting my relay back in and keep the airbag and horn disconnected and it turns the horn switch was causing my dead short and blowing the fuse.

now the current issue is when I hit set for cruise control the light on the gauge cluster will turn on but immediately turns right back off and doesn't stay set.

does having the SRS light affect cruise control?

Would it be easier to find one of the Acura models listed on the link below, under 'vehicle fitment', at the "you pull it yard" to obtain a proper cable reel for your 2001 TL?

well I've determined that the cable reel wasn't the issue by buying the wrong cable reel lol. the issue was the horn switch in the airbag assembly as with it disconnected the fuse no longer blows instantly
