when I hold the harness/connector in a certain position everything works fine but when I let go the car shuts off. I can feel the relay clicking on and off when I do this

Clean the pins on the harness. Maybe there's some corrosion not giving it a nice strong connection

I am positive i identified the problem and its the ground wire on the connector somewhere in the brown casing its losing contact with the prong on the relay. Any ideas on how i might fix that? Please share you thoughts

So I did some messing around with this weekend, had I running for a bit Friday night seemed like the ground wasn't making a good connection. I wound up messing it some more then the relay wouldn't click on at all i gave for the night. Saturday i went a bought a light tester to see if it was even getting power when I put on the green/white stripe it would light up so im assuming that was the power one, but none of the others lit up. there was one fuse also in the fuse box area a brown 7.5 fuse wasn't lighting up when i put the test to it so I replaced the fuse and it still didn't work? so now im finally going to take into a shop I did all that I could so well see what happens
