Have any of you guys seen a lock where you replace the hood release lever? It prevents people from breaking in and releasing the hood to disconnect the battery... in essence the alarm. You would need a key to unlock the hood. I don't know where to get it. Also, installing this would be useless, unless the hood cable is moved from the fender into the engine compartment. Has anyone done this?

 

I have a battery backup alarm. Remove the battery cable and it goes off.
