03 TLS - My issue that one headlight doesn't turn on and my highbeams won't shut completely off when the headlights are turned on. When I turned off my highbeams, the lights get dimmer but don't shut off. I noticed the highbeam light on my dash also doesn't turn all the way off but gets dimmer when I shut off the highs. I have hids and i tested the ballast, igniter, and headlight bulb with spares and nothing worked to get the headlight back on. I also swapped lighting relays with known working ones and checked fuses, no luck. What is left? Headlight switch or dimmer?

So I took a multimeter and tested the headlight connection on the passenger side and there's no power. When the HID's were installed they cut off the original headlight power socket on the passenger side and spliced in a connection to the HID ballast. I removed the splice and tested the passenger headlight power wires which originally connected to the socket and I get no power. All relays and fuses are good. What do I do next when my passenger headlight gets no power directly from the original source at the socket connection point?
