High beam with fog light on

Anybody know how to wire that. When we put the High beam on, the fog lights turn off. I know that if we hold it half way, the fogs stays on with HBeam coming on.

This is not an easy mod to make. The highbeams are a ground-switched system. When you turn on the low beams, power is sent to the positive leg of the highbeam circuit. The ground is normally open so the lights are off. When you switch the high-beams on, you make the ground and the circuit completes and the highbeams come on. However, the combo switch on the stalk that controls the lights also *lifts* the ground for the fog lights when it makes the ground for the highbeams (it's a two-way pole switch, so either one side or the other has the ground, but not both). This is done to comply with most state laws that say highbeams and fogs cannot be run together (from a practical standpoint, if you really need fog lights then highbeams are going to blind you and if you really need highbeams fog lights aren't going to do anything for your distance viewing). Since they have to make the car compatible with state laws, it's more practical to make sure the car is 50-state compliant by having this set-up. You being in Canada with a Canadian-spec car makes the system even more complicated because of the DRL circuitry involved.

If you wanted to do this mod, you'd have to locate the ground wire for the powered relay (under hood) to the fogs and permanently ground it, although that may cause other unforeseen undesireable side effects.

A safe mod you *can* do is have the fogs come on with just the parking lights. Click the FAQ button to the left and you'll see the instructions on how to do it.
