HID question

what size are the HID bulbs on a 2000 3.2tl? and whats the max temp I can go? sorry for the ?'s im a newb and this is my first TL.

So I take it that a 2002+ uses the same bulb as my 2000? And finding H4, H3 bulbs is just a waste of time?

This guy http://home.nyc.rr.com/tltypes/exterior.htm owns 2002 and he used the same bulbs. I own a 04 TL.

the 99-03 TLs have D2R hids with 4300k. I have seen up to 10000k bulbs on TLs, any higher it would probably be as dim as halogen.

I just ordered a set of d2r 6000k hid bulbs for 199 includes shipping from plasmagarage.com, my question is , do i have to take the bumper off of the car to change these things or what?

No you do not have to remove your bumper. You can do it all from under the hood. Passenger side was easier... driver side was a little more difficult.
