hid lights

I have a 99 tl. my headlights have been intermittently been going off, if I flip the lights off then back on they go on and one stays on for ten minutes or so then goes off again. I have replaced a bulb six months ago but that light started going out for a bit then stayed off. I was wondering if there is a replacement kit out there that is "plug and play"?
Any suggestions? I really don't want to modify things.

Oem is plug and play. But aftermarket Kits require splicing. I have 99-01 ballasts for sale if you're interested

just curious if the kits have EVERYTHING needed. I don't mind splicing wires and shrink taping them back up, my concern was cutting plastic parts.

But remember that moisture leaking in will kill the "OEM"s.

That's why most who start to have problems with our 10 year old school HID technology opt to go with the newer water resistant replacements for about $100 for a kit. Worth the effort !

Check the price in my thread in my signature. Kitts have everything, but they do require you to cut and seal your headlights. 99-01 never had problems with moisture in the ballasts, only 02-03. The designs changed within those years

OK, so I am new to the whole forum thing and navigating this sight. What would you recommend as far as kits go? an extra few bucks is usually worth it

Quality wise:
OEM
TheRetrofitSource
DDMtuning

On a budget:
DDMtuning
TheRetrofitSource
OEM is usually so expensive, it's not worth considering.
