i was wondering if i can hook a hid kit with the fogs.
because when hid kits start up they need alot of current and im not sure if the socket can supply that much power.

HIDs dont take alot of power, so you should be alright. Less than halogens.

The main power for this should come from the battery. There should be a relay and trigger wire installed from the fuse panel location connected to the relay. There would be more than enough power then.
