HID Fog Lights

What do you think about these fog lights? I think they are both Phillips. They both cost $400 which I don't mind paying for real HID fogs. Denicee TL, you have the round ones right? Also, which would you get, one of the ones above or the Sylvania Xenarch HID's?

Thanks!
Rosh

Can you somehow fit them in the 02 TLS fog light casing?
