Help needed in Connecting IPOD with Head unit

As the title say i need some help connecting IPOD to my Head unit
I have kenwood DDX7015 Navi system and the guy who sold me that also sent me Belkin Ipod connector....anyone here has same radio and know how to connect it?

If it is made for that radio it should just plug in to the back of it

Not sure about your radio but i i have an adapter right from kenwood that allows my HU to control the ipod. It just plugs into the HU on the back side, and has a chord that plugs into the ipod. It charges it too. Pretty simple device.
