I have my 2000TL at the ACURA dealer as I post this.
It is in for the heated seat bottom on the drivers side. The back works fine but the bottom does not heat. I also have it in for a brake lamp problem the indicator on the dash stays on. I also have 2 missing screws from my underbody kit that they put on almost 2yrs ago. I dont think the screws were ever put on they are missing from the front side of each side skirt. This is all warranty work. They gave me a 2002 CHEVY MALIBU loaner car from ENTERPRISE RENTAL yesterday. I will call about my car after awhile they had to order some part most likely for the seat .

Yes they pick you up. They picked me up from the dealership & drove me about 200 feet to ENTERPRISE. I called the dealership & the part is still not in yet. The part the service person said they was waitng for is the heater for the seat. It might not be ready today. The dealership is open untill 9:00pm tonight but I don't think it will be ready. I hope it will be tomorow I hate driving that Malibu. Its a nice car but I its not the TL or not even close to my 94 ACCORD EX except it has A V6 & more HP. I will be going out of town on THURSDAY for THANKSGIVING & don't want to drive the 2002 Malibu with 7,000 miles on it. I prefer my old 2000 TL.
Just updated this post ACURA called the part came in but the car won't be ready untill tomorow mourning.

I got the TL back today from the dealership they replaced the drivers seat heater under warranty. I also had the BRAKE LAMP INDICATOR on the dash on constant after replacing light bulbs.
The dealer replaced them last week also but the bulb was not fitting correct in the socket. They secured all bulbs to fix that problem. I also had missing screws from my underbody kit that they installed when I got the car almost 2yrs ago. They replaced clips & adjusted side spoilers.
