help with decission please!

i am in a tight spot right now... yday i went to go check out a 03 TL-S with 81k milage at a used car dealer and now having second thoughts about it after hearing about the transmission problem.. i deposited 1k and went on the owner link and entered the vin and it says im eliagible for the recall.. what do you guys think i should do?

I did the same thing last week, today they are replacing the tranny with the newest update and the gang on here says I should be good to go. I drove the car over the weekend and REALLY enjoyed it!

go for it... i bought my 00TL with 80k 2 years ago and replaced the tranny at 109k... now im at 139k and dont regret a minute of it!!!

If it is a good deal then get it. If not, get your money back and look for another Type S with lower mileage. I bought mine two months ago. It's an 03 Type S with 28k miles on it. I'm loving it.
