help with blitzsafe install

help with blitzsafe install

hey everyone, wanted to ask for a DYI on the install for blitzsafe for the nano. anyone have their DYIs for this? abunchofcars.com is down, or is currently asking a pw and i cant access anything. and the DYI sticky doesnt have this install. Thanks everyone!

Basically,

1) Take off the wood trim on passenger side (it snaps out)
2) Take off the knee panel on passenger side (held in with a few screws)
3) Reach in and try to plug the adapter behind the stock stereo. U may have to feel around a bit, its in the bottom right corner.

Btw, it's DIY, not DYI

I did the same thing....saved a lot of time by just reaching behind and plugging the wire into the AUX port, didn't have to take the radio out. I was a bitch to manuver that wire aroud with such a small space to work with.

It was a bitch to get the cable in place, but thats exactly how I did mine.
