Hello from WI :)
Hi, everyone! I'm Jeff and live outside of Madison, WI in a town called Mt. Horeb.
I just picked up an '03 3.2TL Type S and LOVE IT! It's pearl w/tan leather and has the OEM kit on it. So far all I've done is painted my calipers red (4 hr. project, but the best turn out on any of my vehicles I've done this to), but have many more plans.
I've been sifting through this forum all day trying to gain a little more knowledge about these cars. Whenever I buy a car, I find a forum that's related to that make/model. Years ago when I had my GTP, it's clubgp.com that I became active on. After that I went to corvetteforums.com, then after buying a supercharged Trans Am I went to ls1tech.com. Most recently, I bought an '06 Steeda Mustang and joined madisonmusclemustangs.com. Unfortunately, a friend of mine totaled that car last July. SO..........with buying an Acura, I now joined this wonderful site
I'm not 100% sure of what exactly I want to do to the car yet, but would definitely like a little more power. Minor bolt-ons, suspension, rims and lighting (interior and exterior) will probably be the majority of what I wind up doing.
Anyways......I just wanted to introduce myself and give a little background. I look forward to gaining more knowledge about these cars and making some new friends in the process!

Welcome to the site!!
I am going to move your topic to the TL section so that you can connect with other 2G TL owners. Car Talk is more for discussion outside of Acura and the cars covered by our forums. You'll find more TL specific info here which will help you obtain the knowledge you are looking for as you start modifying your TL.
Again, welcome aboard and congrats on the car!!

well at least your still in the sub 15 second club. WELCOME you made a great choice. i also recently purchased a TL-S and also LOVE it. some cheap easy mods would include a cold air intake, weathertechs visors, window and tail light tint. these cars really look good with 17-19" rims and a lowering kit, but that depends on your preception and opinion.
come on pics, mods, mileage, tranny? and no teasers!

Thank you all for the warm welcomes! I think I have a few pix of my car on my laptop at home that I can post. I had a lot more on my phone, but accidently deleted all of my pix 2 days agos, while trying to save everything to my memory card to transfer to my new DROID. I'm pretty pissed at myself about that, because I had some great pictures of my dog that passed away last year. Oh well.

The pix I have are of my car and my Mothers. She has an '02 Type S, same color, but without the OEM kit. She was over for dinner the other week and I pulled my car out of the garage to take a few pix of them next to each other.

you had a nice line-up of cars, the mustang would be my favorite; very rare!! If I had one of those I wouldn't drive it myself let alone other people...
