Hello First post and could use some advice

Hello,
I have an 01 Acura TL. I started my car this morning and when I hit the accelerator, I heard a strange noise. It only seems to do it when applying the Gas pedal. It sounds like something is being restricted or a dull knocking kind of sound. I made 2 quick You tube videos.

COuld anyone tell me what they think it may possibly be?

Car has 118,000 miles on it. I had Timing belt, pulleys, Tensioners and water pump replaced 5,000 miles ago.

Cheers folks!

I don't have speakers but the ac belt tensioner is a popular item to wear out
Especially when the tension is released for other work and then re-applied

take a listen with a mechanics stethoscope ($4-10) or touch the tip of a long screwdriver to non moving part of tensioner- listen to top of screwdriver,
but the stethoscope can be obtained at harbor freight tools or any parts store and everyone should own at least 1, I have 3! get them on sale and can always find one close by wherever in the garage I am , toolbox, wall tools, race box, misc loose tools

try revving to 2500 and let off. with and without ac- does it get worse with ac ON? that's your prob! that belt tensioner
get the entire unit- roller-arm and tensioner assembly, under 100 bucks
plenty of other threads and a diy on installation on here

mine started making noise at 45,000 miles and finally went bad at 80kmiles

Sounds like a faulty Tensioner Bearing.
