would replacing headers to aftermarket ones like Stone, CT, or OBX affect warranty issues on the exhaust system (O2 sensor)? also would pulleys like UR or AEM affect any warranty issues on the engine?

 

Header will not void your warranty. I believe that is the case for the vast majority of aftermarket mods.

As for the pullies, I'm not sure. I have heard long term reports from Honda guys that the UR crank pully does cause premature wear in the engine. Too bad as I would have jumped on pullies as my next mod.

So unless you don't mind a roughly 35% decrease in engine life, they do add HP.

be careful though about headers because if the O2 sensor goes then you are responsible for it as it is directly attached to the header.

Also, if you have pullies and the belt snaps or something then Acura can deny you warranty. They obviously have to prove that the failure was caused by the mod but pullies would not be terribly difficult to prove if your engine died.
